Cypress Gardens was an easy choice once J shared the connection to The Notebook. The location itself does a lot of the work. Spanish moss, the water, winding paths, and a very specific kind of quiet that feels familiar even if you have never been there before.
Nothing about the setup needed to be complicated. The space already carries the tone, but adding the flowers made it special.

My fiancé booked her months out, she helped him prepare tremendously for the proposal– including scouting spots, arriving early, picking up florals (we were not near home), and just making the day easy and full of laughs. Their Story
J and L first met in high school. They dated briefly, stayed connected, and eventually went separate ways.
Years later, they reconnected at Indiana University during a visit and have now been together for over three years.
Between those chapters, life happened. Personal loss. Family challenges. The kind of seasons that shape how people show up for each other later.
