IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

The retainer is a non-refundable 50% due within 72 hours of the personal portal being sent to reserve the time/date desired. The 50% is part of the total cost listed on the pricing page. The remainder is due 1 month prior to the event date.

Yes, they do. My prices are the flat fee with no hidden costs.

WHAT IF WE WANT TO GET MARRIED ON A HOLIDAY?

There is a 35% of package surcharge if you are wanting to hire me for your wedding on a holiday (ie. Christmas, New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, etc)and a 25% surcharge if you want to hire me during a holiday weekend (ie. Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, etc.). There is a price increase because my packages are all inclusive and have to accommodate pricing increases for travel during holidays and holiday weekends.

IS THERE COST INVOLVED WITH TRAVEL?

No, all travel (flights, accommodations, transportation, etc.) is included in my pricing; however, if you are choosing to get married in a harder to reach location or a location that is far from an airport there may be additional costs.

I have unique pricing structures for each location: Florida, southern (GA, LA, AL, MS), USA (including Puerto Rico), and international.

IF WE WANT TO DO EXTRA THINGS THROUGHOUT THE DAY THAT COST $$ (I.E. EXPLORE A LIGHTHOUSE, TAKE A HELICOPTER RIDE) IS THAT COVERED IN THE PACKAGE PRICE?

No, it is not. Any extras throughout the day that you all want to do we can totally do, but that cost is not bundled in the packages.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE GET FROM OUR ELOPEMENT?

You can expect to get 50 fully edited images per hour.

HOW LONG UNTIL WE CAN EXPECT TO SEE OUR PHOTOS?

This usually takes between 8-10 weeks for completion, but I will make sure you two have a sneak peek within 1 week of your elopement day!

HOW LONG WILL OUR ONLINE GALLERY BE OPEN?

Your gallery will be open for one (1) year and you will get multiple reminder emails once it is about to close.

WHAT IS THE PRINT RELEASE?

The print release allows you to print your photos at any printing facility you so choose. They are to be used for personal prints ONLY. Any commercial printing or usage is an additional cost.

However, I can not guarantee the quality of prints if printing through third party vendors. So, I do highly recommend printing through your gallery as they are from a professional printer unlike Walmart, etc.

WHAT ARE THE FINE ART PRINTS?

They are high quality 4×6 in matte prints printed from a professional grade printing facility.

These will go in a congratulations/thanks for letting me capture your day post wedding present!

DO YOU RETAIN ALL COPYRIGHT? DOES THAT MEAN WE CAN’T SHARE THE PHOTOS?

The Client shall only use the prints, including digital files IF DIGITAL FILES APPLIES. The Client’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorize any reproductions by parties other than the photographer. 

IF WE NEED A PERMIT, WHO GETS THEM/PAYS FOR THEM?

I will help with the process of figuring out which (if any) we need, but it will be up to you all to secure it/pay for it and show me proof of having obtained it!

HOW MANY GUESTS ARE CONSIDERED AN INTIMATE WEDDING?

Everyone’s answer will be a little different, but for me it means 10 people or less will be in attendance outside of the couple.

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR ELOPEMENT?

ASAP! Since I do not hold dates they are open to be booked on a first come first serve basis until a contract is signed and non-refundable retainer is paid.

WILL YOU BE SHOOTING OUR ELOPEMENT?

I am not currently available for and have accepted having one of my associates present to photograph your day (and me editing the images)!

CAN YOU SHOOT JUST OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR OUR WEDDING?

Yes! Even if I and my associates are booked for your wedding day I would still LOVE to be part of your journey even just for engagement pictures. I love capturing love so I would never pass up the opportunity. 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK AND PLAN OUR ELOPEMENT IN ONE MONTH?

Yes, we totally can and it is absolutely possible, I have done it serval times before and the days turned out beautifully. I even planned one in two weeks once! There is a 20% package surcharge if you choose to book within one month because the cost of travel is more the closer we are to your date and I typically book travel 3-4 months in advance.
