I have gotten lots of questions over the years and I do my best to write them down as they come. Here is a compilation of some of my mostly commonly asked ones plus a few that I think are important! If you don’t see something you have a question too reach out HERE!
The retainer is a non-refundable 50% due within 48 hours of the personal portal being sent to reserve the time/date wanted. The 50% is part of the total cost listed on the pricing page. The remainder is due 24 hours before the session date.

Yes, they do. My prices are the flat fee with no hidden costs.
There is a 35% of package surcharge if you are wanting to hire me for your session on a holiday (ie. Christmas, New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, etc)and a 25% surcharge if you want to hire me during a holiday weekend (ie. Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, etc.).
Within the Florida Panhandle my couple packages are all inclusive. My mini sessions cover travel to the select locations and my full packages cover travel between Pensacola Beach and Panama City Beach.
However, if outside of the Florida Panhandle travel is not included and includes, but is not limited to: lodging, air fare, rental car, and meals.
If you wish for photos to take place outside of PCB to Pensacola and it is drivable, there is a $50 travel fee plus gas mileage that is charged at 67 cents in accordance with the 2024 IRS decision.

Unlike my wedding, elopement and local couple sessions, travel is not included in the package price.
Additional travel fees would include, but are not limited to, standard commercial air fare flights, lodging, public transportation such as buses or trains, and travel via two-wheel drive roads.
For full couple sessions you can expect to get 50+ fully edited images.
For the swim mini you you can expect to get anywhere between 30 and 60+ images. You pick out your favorite 20 or have the option to purchase the entire gallery for an additional $150.00.

This usually takes between 2-4 weeks for completion. I do not send out sneak peeks for portrait sessions as I find that I do my best work when completing a gallery all at once.
Your gallery will be open for three (3) months and you will get multiple reminder emails once it is about to close.
The print release allows you to print your photos at any printing facility you so choose. They are to be used for personal prints ONLY. Any commercial printing or usage is an additional cost.
However, I can not guarantee the quality of prints if printing through third party vendors. So, I do highly recommend printing through your gallery as they are from a professional printer unlike Walmart, etc.
The Client shall only use the prints, including digital files IF DIGITAL FILES APPLIES. The Client’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorize any reproductions by parties other than the photographer.
Sunset sessions they start 30/45/60 minutes before sunset.
Sunrise sessions they start at the designated sunrise time for that day.
Morning sessions they take place between 7 and 9 AM.
Don’t worry I got you! I have an entire list of great locations that you can pick from that are divided up into what you are going for (beach, city, etc)! You will get exclusive access to this list once booked!
Of course! I would be a little sad if you didn’t bring your dog. However, please keep in mind dogs are not allowed on the beach along the gulf coast with the exception of a few dog beaches located in PCB and Pensacola Beach.
Portrait sessions can be booked up to 3 months out from your requested date. If inquiring outside of 3 months, I am happy to send my info and then follow up when I start booking for when you are inquiring. Please note pricing can change depending on how far out you are inquiring for.
If, in the opinion of the Photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a successful session to the artistic standards of Photographer, Photographer may elect to use an alternate location or to reschedule the session. Photographer will notify the Client at least 12 hours for morning sessions and 4 hours in advance for afternoon/evening session and will base the decision off of local weather forecasts. Photographer’s policy is that if it is a 60% chance of rain or more, the session will be rescheduled; UNLESS, client chooses to go forward with session and work with photographer to find optional covered areas. If the chance of rain is less than 60%, Photographer will leave it up to the Client to decide whether to reschedule and Photographer will inform Client of the implications of shooting in light rain or inclement weather.
When rescheduling Audrey Darke Photography will give clients her next availability and allow the client to choose from the dates/times at no rescheduling fee. If client is unavailable for Audrey Darke Photography next available dates/times a credit will be issued to be used when client and Audrey Darke Photography is next available. Credit must be used within one year of it being issued.
