I have gotten lots of questions over the years and I do my best to write them down as they come. Here is a compilation of some of my mostly commonly asked ones plus a few that I think are important! If you don’t see something you have a question too reach out HERE!
The retainer is a non-refundable 30% due within 72 hours of the personal portal being sent to reserve the time/date. The retainer is part of the total cost listed on the pricing page. The remainder is due 1 month prior for the wedding date.

Yes, they do. My prices are the flat fee with no hidden costs.
There is a 35% of package surcharge if you are wanting to hire me for your wedding on a holiday (ie. Christmas, New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, etc)and a 25% surcharge if you want to hire me during a holiday weekend (ie. Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, etc.). There is a price increase because my packages are all inclusive and have to accommodate pricing increases for travel during holidays and holiday weekends.
No, my wedding packages are all inclusive when it comes to travel. This will cover the basics: lodging, air fare, rental car, and meals; however, there are limits to how much is covered if getting married at a hard to reach location.
I have unique pricing structures for each location: Florida, southern USA (GA, LA, AL, + MS), USA (including AK, HI, + Puerto Rico), and international.
For weddings local to the Florida Panhandle there is a 15% discount that is available for wedding dates booked prior to summer 2024.
After summer 2024, Florida weddings will merge with USA wedding prices.
Yes, absolutely!
The coverage included with my destination packages is complimentary, and holds no monetary value; however, if you are hosting the event prior to the night before and are wanting coverage we can talk logistics and fees for me staying additional time at your wedding destination. However, if preferred, we can switch it to a day before or after session if this is a destination wedding for you and I have availability. Outside of the day before or day session the complimentary session can not be used for other services (ex. family photo session, etc.).
You can expect to get 50 fully edited images per hour.
This usually takes between 8-10 weeks for completion, but I will make sure you have a sneak peek within 1 week of your wedding day!
Your gallery will be open for one (1) year and you will get multiple reminder emails once it is about to close.
The print release allows you to print your photos at any printing facility you so choose. They are to be used for personal prints ONLY. Any commercial printing or usage is an additional cost.
However, I can not guarantee the quality of prints if printing through third party vendors. So, I do highly recommend printing through your gallery as they are from a professional printer unlike Walmart, etc.
They are high quality 4×6 in matte prints printed from a professional grade printing facility.
The Client shall only use the prints, including digital files IF DIGITAL FILES APPLIES. The Client’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorize any reproductions by parties other than the photographer.
I do not give out the unedited (RAW) images. RAW images can be purchased for a fee if discussed prior to the wedding.
I will help with the process of figuring out which (if any) we need, but it will be up to you all to secure it/pay for it and show me proof of having obtained it!
Everyone’s answer will be a little different, but for me it means 11 people or more will be in attendance.
It really depends on what is important to you to capture; however, the 8 hour package is the most popular one due to capturing the majority of the day!
I recommend the 10 hours of coverage if every part of the day is taking place at different locations (ex. getting ready at a rental house, ceremony at a church, reception at a wedding venue) and the ceremony itself will be longer (ex. you are having a full Catholic mass/ceremony).
I recommend the 8 hours if capturing the end of getting ready and most (if not all) of the reception is important to you. 8 hours works best if everything is taking place at the same location (or minimum of 1 other place) and the ceremony is shorter.
I recommend the 6 hours if getting ready photos or reception photos are not as important to you and everything is taking place at the same location.
With my wedding packages planning is not included; however, I have recommendations for great planners and do offer a vendor list as part of my guide to weddings.
However, I do help with curation of the timeline and can help make adjustments as needed to best utilize time for photos and overall enjoyment of the day.
ASAP! Since I do not hold dates they are open to be booked on a first come first serve basis until a contract is signed and non-refundable retainer is paid.
YES! If you wedding venue needs it to be sent to them just let me know and I can get it sent their way!
Yes! Unless you chose a date that I am not currently available for and have accepted having one of my associates present to photograph your day (and me editing the images)!
Yes! Even if I and my associates are booked for your wedding day I would still LOVE to be part of your journey even just for engagement pictures. I love capturing love so I would never pass up the opportunity.
