A and J’s wedding day at Diamond Creek Farm in Nashville was one for the books! Even though the day was a bit of a scorcher, everything about it was downright magical! This beautiful venue, with its incredible design and breathtaking scenery, was the perfect setting for a couple whose love story started back at the University of Tennessee—go Vols!

Their journey began during her freshman year and his sophomore year at UTK. One night, while out with friends, A boldly asked J the all-important question: “Do you like Moon Taxi?” Her answer was a resounding yes, and soon they were at their first concert together. Fast forward to a few years later, A popped the question at a “fake” real estate event he made up as a cover for his proposal. When they arrived at Lakeshore Park in Knoxville, there was no event—just a perfectly planned moment where he got down on one knee and asked J to spend forever with him.

A and J’s big day was filled with love, laughter, and a few memorable surprises! Their first look was nothing short of emotional. Sharing private vows before the ceremony gave them an intimate moment to reflect on their love story and the incredible life they’ve built together. J’s first look with her dad was so touching—it’s safe to say there wasn’t a dry eye in the room! The officiant was so excited to pronounce them husband and wife that he accidentally skipped over the rings! (Don’t worry—they still got those on, and it made for a good laugh!). And the wedding party was an absolute blast, and I even recognized a few familiar faces from my UTK days! Their fun, lighthearted energy kept everyone smiling the whole day.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the evening ended with everyone on the dance floor, belting out “Rocky Top” at the top of their lungs. It was the perfect nod to A and J’s roots at UT. After the official celebration, a group of their closest friends kept the party going and headed out to enjoy more time together.
