ALBUQUERQUE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER // NEW MEXICO ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER // COLORADO ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER // DENVER WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
A and V’s spring wedding at Casa Perea Art Space in Corrales, New Mexico, was simple, personal, and entirely their own. The weather gave them a rare gift for a New Mexico wedding day—cloudy skies, no wind, and that perfect temperature that makes you want to stay outside.
From start to finish, they chose a slower pace. Each got ready alone, taking time to reflect before seeing each other for their first look at the back of the property—just the two of them, no distractions.
They met on Bumble. V summed it up like this: “I threw in the towel this past summer and finally joined an app (just the one!). A very quickly asked me out for coffee, and we’ve been inseparable ever since.”
Their relationship quickly became full of shared moments, like a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains for V’s brother’s wedding in the fall. It was during that weekend, surrounded by family and fall color, that V knew she’d found her person.
A proposed on a Thanksgiving morning hike at Oso Ridge via Embudito Canyon. At the top, just when V thought they were stopping for a photo, A hit record and dropped to one knee.
Back to their wedding—A baked their cake and cupcakes. No caterers or bakeries involved, just something personal that everyone appreciated.
Their wedding day reflected who they are—quiet, thoughtful, and genuine. No unnecessary extras. Just the two of them, beginning the next chapter the same way their story started: simply and with intention.
V and A, thank you for trusting me with this day. It was a privilege to document something so sincere!
