For K + A’s engagement photos we kicked things off at this modern bar that oozed charm and served some of the prettiest cocktails. In between sips I learned of how they met (an office love story!!), memorable dates (click to open below), the proposal and their sweet pup Lola (click to open below)!

Most Memorable Date

“When we first started dating, we had a spontaneous date night at a brewery….we ended up walking around the downtown and one of the restaurant / bars was playing Tennessee Whiskey and for whatever reason we both immediately had to go in to dance to the song. Well the bouncer was going to make us pay a cover fee to come in (even though it was literally a weeknight and not even packed and we told him we just wanted to dance to the one song lol). Well they wouldn’t let us in without paying the cover, so we ended up slow dancing to Tennessee Whiskey on the sidewalk in front of the bar in downtown 😂” – A.M. + K.K.

Favorite Adventure Together

“Adopting our doggie, Lola. We met her on the Atlanta Beltline while we were out with friends at a brewery and immediately knew we wanted to adopt her when we found out she was out with a foster family. We have had so much fun with her the last 3 years.” – A.M. + K.K.

Just when we thought the fun couldn’t get any better, we hopped over to a freaking parking garage rooftop. Yup, you heard right! With the city as our backdrop, these two unleashed their inner kids and ran around like nobody’s business. They laughed, twirled, and even did some impromptu dance moves under the bright blue sky. I mean, who needs a romantic movie when you’ve got a bar, a rooftop, and a couple head over heels, all in one fab afternoon?

This day gave me just a quick glimpse into what their wedding day is going to be like in 2024 and boy oh boy can I not wait!
