Out in the heart of the desert, they brought their vintage bronco, their trusty campsite-on-wheels, and their dirt bikes for an adrenaline-packed session that’s like something out of a rockin’ adventure movie. With dust kicking up around them, they looked like the ultimate desert daredevils – conquering the landscape with a flair that’s just plain awesome. Imagine it: the sun dipping low, casting a warm glow on their laughter as they posed by the bronco and revved up those dirt bikes. Picture this: a quirky outdoor art museum becomes the backdrop for a love story that’s straight out of a vintage postcard. These two rocked the scene with their throwback style and killer attitudes. Waking up for sunrise is hard, but if you have a great reason then it’s definitely worth it! Z and M love to surf at sunrise, it’s one of their favorite things to do and I love that I just happened to capture them doing it, even if just a little! They love catching the waves early and watching the sun come up as they glide along. It’s so peaceful and special, and it’s something that they both love to do together.

Overcast days are some of my favorites. It is less bright outside which = no squinty eyes, it creates soft light on your skin, and it seems that there are less people out and about! And that is exactly what we got during this week day session near San Francisco with D + M. We could not have asked for better weather. The clouds made it moody and the weather was the perfect temperature.
