The Friday before their beautiful Pensacola destination wedding, I had the pleasure of capturing J and L’s vibrant personalities in a fun, summer tennis-themed couple photoshoot. These two, who share a passion for traveling, cooking, tennis, shopping, and discovering new restaurants, were a delight to photograph!

In the tranquil embrace of the blue hour, I had the absolute joy of hanging out with C + A, who are getting married at the Emerald Grand this September!

As the golden sun dipped below the horizon, B and J found themselves on the sandy shores of the Florida Panhandle, surrounded by the Gulf breeze. With their companion C leading the way on the nature trail, we began their evening beach session, commemorating the beautiful memories they’ve built since they moved into the area in 2021.

Beneath the warm hues of a Destin sunset, I had the incredible privilege of capturing a love story that began in the hallways of their middle school during 7th grade. J + L’s journey from classmates to soulmates brought them to the picturesque jetties for a breathtaking engagement session! As the sun painted the sky with its golden brushstrokes, their love and affection for each other radiated. A beautiful chapter in a story that started long ago, now being etched against the backdrop of a setting sun and endless horizons.

F just pulled off the ultimate swoon-worthy move! Picture this: F and V, after getting their pups out of the truck, stroll into the nature trail with their adorable new fur ball (who V had gone to pick up that week in New York), all excited for their photoshoot to showcase the newest addition to their family. Little did V know, F had a sneaky plan up his sleeve. As they stood back to back with the pups, Forest dropped down on one knee and popped the big question! Cue the happy tears and the “OMG, is this for real?!” expressions. After the “yes” and a gazillion happy hugs and kisses, we headed to the beach just as the sky was turning that magical shades of blues, pinks and oranges. Running around hand in hand, we celebrated against the backdrop of the ocean and the sky before they headed off to dinner with friends that were awaiting to congratulate them!

Year 2 celebrating J + E’s wedding anniversary! ​​​​​​​​​​​​It is such an honor to capture milestones in couples relationships, even more so of to be trusted to do it year after year. ​​​​​​​​

The tradition of anniversary photos started when E reached out in the summer of 2021 before they came down on vacation to celebrate their marriage. We did their photos on the beach and they cheered Corona beers to their first year (they got married during the pandemic so it was only fitting!!).​​​​​​​​

As the golden hour approached, casting its ethereal glow on Okaloosa Island, C and F stepped onto the sandy shores hand in hand. With the ocean breeze tousling their hair and the waves whispering sweet melodies, they were enveloped in an atmosphere that seemed to exist only for them.

As the fall breeze finally swept through, C, A + I spent time on the quiet beaches of Destin running around and exploring. Their journey began when they encountered each other at an out-of-state church weekend some years ago.

Getting to spend time with couples prior to their wedding is special and with J + B it was no different. I felt like we were old friends, chatting about our pets, travel (their favorite place so far is Aruba!) and all the food recs!

J + B met back in 2013 online and have been inseparable ever since. They easily have one of my favorite proposal stories to date!

A sunset beach session in Destin is an amazing experience for any couple and it was so incredible to get to experience it with S + P (two good friends of mine!). They moved to the area about a year ago with P’s new job. Then I connected with S on Facebook and we have been friends ever sense!
