W and L’s story is as sweet and exciting as their elopement day! Back in our freshman year of college at the University of Tennessee, L and I were in the same sorority and she needed a date for a party. I told her I had the perfect guy in mind—her, but in guy form (W and I went to elementary and high school together!). That match couldn’t have been more perfect because, eight years later, here we are celebrating their forever!

Absolutely nothing compares to the magic of a sunrise elopement in the Italian Dolomites, and A and I’s day at Lago di Braies was beyond breathtaking! We met up just as the first light touched the peaks, setting the scene for an unforgettable adventure. As the morning mist lifted off the lake, we made our way out to a quiet spot where they shared their heartfelt vows, surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Dolomites.

J and M’s intimate Lake Como, Italy wedding week at Relais Villa Vittoria on a Tuesday in June was a culmination of a beautiful journey that began during the pandemic. Their love story began during the pandemic when they met on Hinge. M initially hesitated to share her phone number, but their connection blossomed, and their bond grew stronger. The magical day of their engagement took place at Disneyland (a place M cherishes being a HUGE Disney fan), where J surprised M with a proposal in front of Snow White’s Grotto, creating a fairy tale moment.

Europe is innately stunning and brimming with things to experience—what if your stay could be an extension of that experience? Reflecting the history of where you are, providing a retreat from the world, and can make something simple– like waking up in the morning– a lifelong memory.  When you picture your elopement are you in a glass igloo in Finland or a private castle in Scotland? Even if your only references for what Italy is like are the Lizzie McGuire Movie & Letters to Juliet, you know this country is steeped in romance & culture. The pictures & movies simply don’t do Italy justice, I truly believe you have to see for yourself to really understand how breathtaking it is. In order to visit a place like Italy you need a few things: a valid passport, excellent walking shoes, a hearty appetite, curiosity, & a sense of adventure. There are so many different ways you can experience this country whether that’s the northern, central, or southern areas—each area offers something different.
