ITALY DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER // AMALFI COAST CAPRI ELOPEMENT

There are some people that you just automatically connect with. Nick and Haley are some of those people. From the get go I felt like I had known them forever and knew that even afterwards we would be friends.

From the beginning of planning I knew that Nick and Haley’s day was going to be something unique and special to them. We looked and looked for the perfect location and finally we settled on Capri. Nestled in the Bay of Naples, boating being the only way of getting to the island, Capri was a dream. We spent the afternoon exploring the many hidden streets of Anacapri, they had their first look on one of the many hotel patios with an incredible view and Nick and Haley said their vows on a private terrace overlooking the sea. And they did that all with just the two of them, the only timeline we were on was their’s and there is something so incredible about not having to worry about everyone else.

After they got married they spent the next few days honeymooning in Sorrento and Pompeii to name a few. Nick and Haley still felt it important to include their families in celebration! Prior to going to Italy they got together with Haley’s family. They then flew directly to Maine from Italy where they celebrated with Nick’s family! Now tell me that isn’t a unique way to include everyone.

The friendship we formed during the process is one I will cherish forever and I am so glad they only live down the road from me!
