Waking up early to watch the sun rise from a desert landscape is one of the most magical experiences a couple can have. And when it comes to a romantic elopement among the stunningly unique Joshua Trees, you know it’s going to be a day to remember!

It’s been a dream of J + H’s for years – to elope to Joshua Tree National Park and exchange their vows at sunrise! Early last year, we made the dream a reality!

They were looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and for an out-of-the-ordinary elopement spot, Joshua Tree National Park had them covered. From the unique rock formations to the breathtaking desert views, this was the ultimate desert location for their special day.

We started the day off bright and early, well before the sun was up. We made sure to bring along their beloved pup, so she could join in on the special day. They chose the perfect spot – a flat space where if turning in circles you could see the entire desert landscape filled with rock formations and Joshua Trees.

As we watched the sun rise, H + J exchanged their vows. It was an incredibly special moment that they will never forget. After the ceremony, they spent the rest of the day exploring the park. It was an incredible day with H + J that I will always remember.
