Running around the streets of Dublin for the first time with I + I was incredible!

Getting to see somewhere for the first time with my couples is a dream come true and even more so when it is their first time too! Something that only we get to share. Although the streets were busy with on lookers and shop goers we found bits of quite that we could carve out for ourselves on this overcast day.

Once again getting to celebrate friends milestones is always a joy! M and I went to high school and college together. It is neat having friends from where I grew up here in Florida (even if for just a short time!). When I found out that C + M were moving down to the Florida panhandle I was ecstatic! As I have gotten to know C, it is obvious how well these two fit together and the love they have for the other.

Wow what a wedding and an incredible way to start 2022 (I know I know it is the end of 2022 and I am just getting around to sharing 😅)!!! Kicking off my year with C + J was the BEST way to do it! The thing about the first weddings/events of the year is they set the tone for the rest of it. And believe me, I wouldn’t have wanted to start it any other way!

My last session of the year and it was the perfect way to close out 2022!! I met V through a another couple who I worked with earlier this year when I photographed her and her husband (and their pup!!).

As usual for Florida, we had to keep an eye on the weather throughout the day due to expected rain showers and thunderstorms, but as the % dropped we decided to push through and boy oh boy am I glad we did! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful evening with a stunning sunset. It may have been a little windy, but I love the movement it brought to the photos!

Imagine the city in the morning: people are taking their pets for walks before work or getting their daily exercise in. There is the quite bustle of activity while the city is waking up.

But you and your partner are doing something a little different: getting ready for your urban adventure elopement.

2 years ago they were supposed to get married in Key West, but we all know how 2020 went. D + K didn’t let that stop them from planning an intimate wedding in 2022!

Now on their 14th anniversary, they made it happen! It wasn’t initially planned that way, but I couldn’t think of a sweeter date for them to get married. We started the day K and the girls getting ready together at their beach rental before heading to the beach.

With the rising popularity of elopements, it’s no surprise newly-engaged couples everywhere are trying to decide whether eloping is right for them. Or if they should go the traditional route for their wedding day. Eloping has been around for forever, but the rhetoric around it has changed as couples have come to realize that it is a meaningful way to connect, eliminates stress, is cost effective, relieves decision fatigue, and it’s fun. Overall it gives them permission to put themselves first above all else.

WOW! What a weekend! There are too many words to describe J + L’s wedding weekend, but here are a few: genuine, joyful, entertaining, and fantastic.

Running around on this chilly morning with A + V was well worth the early wake up call and the cold!

A + V went to the University of Tennessee Knoxville (go vols!) along with a good friend of mine E who I also met at UTK. After graduating A + V moved out to Los Angeles and E moved on up to NYC, but we still stayed in touch.
