Capturing C + J’s love once again!! I had the joy of getting to spend time with this pair as the sun rose through the trees of Piedmont Park along with S + B (who I was SO excited to finally meet!!). This delightful couple, whose journey I’ve been privileged to document since their engagement in 2021 and their beautiful wedding in 2022 at the Watercolor Inn, returned with even more radiance and their two beloved dogs in tow. J even brought the quilt that her mom had made for them as a wedding gift to us in the field!

I recently had the pleasure of capturing M and K’s love story amidst the stunning backdrop of Grayton Beach State Park, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a blast!

Beneath the warm hues of a Destin sunset, I had the incredible privilege of capturing a love story that began in the hallways of their middle school during 7th grade. J + L’s journey from classmates to soulmates brought them to the picturesque jetties for a breathtaking engagement session! As the sun painted the sky with its golden brushstrokes, their love and affection for each other radiated. A beautiful chapter in a story that started long ago, now being etched against the backdrop of a setting sun and endless horizons.

Let me tell you about T and J’s wedding at Eden Gardens State Park last fall – it was like something out of a fairytale, seriously! The weather was on our side, not too hot, not too humid, just perfect. After the scorcher of a summer we’ve had, it was amazing!

What an epic Saturday spent with J and B! It’s safe to say it’s one for the books!

Their day kicked off in true cat-parent fashion, hanging out with their fur babies at home before diving headfirst into the wedding festivities to come that afternoon.

If you’re thinking about eloping in a beautiful place somewhere in the world you’ve undoubtedly come across the term “adventure elopement”. Despite being certain you want to do something out of the box for your wedding day, once again you’re being boxed in by this new term. Now you’re trying to navigate where you fall into the spectrum of outdoorsy-ness and getting lost in a sea of options. Enter ME. Your little beacon of light. Guiding you through the bullshit and confusion towards a day that is simply defined by: “doing-whatever-you-want-to-do elopement” (…I’ll work on a less wordy definition later)! 

Love knows no season, and for R and M, December became the canvas for their breathtaking engagement session bathed in the warm hues of a Gulf Coast sunset!

Alaska’s vast landscape is brimming with electric blue glaciers, sprawling wildflowers, aurora borealis lighting up the skies, oceans full of whales, lush mountains teeming with wildlife, and truly undisturbed locations. Oh, and it’s all a domestic flight away. There is so much to do and see. And memories to create. If that’s not the perfect destination for a rustic outdoor elopement, I don’t know what is! 

On a beautifully overcast day in Seward, B and T’s Alaskan beach elopement was nothing short of enchanting! Nestled in cozy cabins right across the street from the shoreline, they got ready surrounded by tall trees. Then walked to the beach to exchange their vows with the majestic mountains standing tall across the water, a silent witness of their vows. What made their day even more special was the fact that they were talented florists from Utah who had lovingly crafted their own floral arrangements together. Their online meeting had blossomed into a deep connection that brought them to Alaska, and their elopement was a testament to their shared passion for flowers and each other. Against the serene backdrop of the Alaskan coast, B and T’s love story unfolded with a unique charm that perfectly matched the rugged beauty of their surroundings.

K and A’s NOLA winter elopement at Race + Religious was a dream come true! With the enchanting backdrop of the city’s historic charm and the venue’s exquisite setting, their special day was nothing short of magical. The highlight of the evening was the stunning dinner table setup, adorned with lush florals and elegant tableware, creating an atmosphere that was as romantic as it was delightful. As they shared their vows under the winter sky, followed by an intimate dinner, you could feel the warmth of their love lighting up the chilly New Orleans night. It was a winter elopement to remember, filled with love, laughter, and endless joy!
